Thank you for your e-mail regarding our proudcts.

You will always see the stains under a black light. The urine permantely stains the carpet, however you will only be able to see it with a black light.

Under the light a dull stain is a treated stain a brighter spot is untreated.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our product, Nature's Miracle.

Our product will not harm the floor under the carpet.

It should be applied on the top of the carpet, wet enough to go to the padding and the floor

Question
Will Nature's Miracle completely remove the stain so it is no longer visible with a black light?
I discovered old dog urine spots on a carpet. I have used Nature's Miracle for a long time and have been satisfied with the results. I recently purchased a black light. I have used Nature's Miracle repeatedly on the carpet and while you can't smell the urine or see it by the naked eye, when I shine the black light on the spots, you can see them in the carpet. Is Nature's Miracle suppose to remove 100% of the soiled area or will remanents of the spot will remain under the black light. Thank you.

Question
How long should I wait between applications of Nature's Miracle to (old) hardwood floors?
I've moved into an apartment with several areas of seriously strong (and possibly old) cat urine odors. I poured nature's miracle urine destroyer on some areas where I think the problem is originating and set fans up to help the drying process. I'm wondering if I should be waiting 2 weeks before applying again or can I do it sooner? I'm desperate to get rid of this smell...Did I purchase the wrong product?

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our product.

You should wait until the area is dry then you can re-apply. We suggest that you let the product air dry. The product can take up to two weeks

Since this is a Hardwood Floor I would suggest you using Nature's Miracle Dual Action Hard Floors

Unfortunately the stains will always show with a black light. The ammonia in the urine permanently damages the carpet fibers. Once damaged, a black light will always show the discoloration caused by the stain. A stain that has been cleaned will appear duller when exposed to a black light than an untreated stain.

If you are trying to remove lingering odors on hard floors we would recommend using Nature's Miracle Dual Action Hard Floor Stain & Odor Remover this product was formulated to be used on hard surfaces. The ingredients used in this product are different than the ingredients used in our other stain and odor removers and have been selected to eliminate odors from hard surfaces, like floors without leaving residue behind.

Our recommendation would be to be blot up as much urine as possible with a dry paper towel and then apply Nature's Miracle Urine Destroyer to the items that have been soiled. To ensure that the stains and doors will be removed successfully follow the instructions of the bottle.

Directions for using Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Removing Formulas:

Before Using: Test surfaces to be treated for color fastness by applying to a hidden area; wipe with a cloth. If color is removed from the test area, do not use on those surfaces.

Always use at full strength. Always use Nature’s Miracle Stain & Odor Remover first. Other cleaners and detergents may fail and chemically “set” stains that will be impossible to remove.

FOR STAIN REMOVAL: Wipe up as much of stain as possible, then thoroughly soak stain with Nature’s Miracle Stain & Odor Remover. Wait five minutes then, wipe away stain with a cloth. For tough stains, use a stiff bristle brush. If stain is not completely removed, re-soak area and allow Nature’s Miracle Stain & Odor Remover to work for one hour, then wipe stain with a cloth.

FOR ODOR ELIMINATION: Wipe up excess odor-causing material. Then, thoroughly soak the entire area with Nature’s Miracle Stain & Odor Remover. For carpets, apply enough to reach the urine penetration in the pad and floor. This may mean lifting carpet and applying directly to the pad and floor. Depending on the air circulation, carpets and upholstery may take up to 2 weeks to dry completely. If after 2 weeks there is still an odor, it means that Nature’s Miracle Stain & Odor Remover did not reach ALL the odor-causing material (e.g.: urine). Pinpoint odor source and repeat cleaning process.

Question
Removing old dog urine from carpet
We have a dog that has marked in several rooms. To remove the odor from the carpet can we just use the deep cleaning carpet shampoo ( we are going to shampoo all the carpets anyway) or do we need to pre or post treat the spots with another product as well. What do you recommend.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our products.

You can use just the Carpet Shampoo. Make sure it dries completely before you let pets back on the carpet.

You want the marking smell to be completely gone or they may mark again
