Dear Consumer:

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our product, Nature's Miracle.
When using this prouduct you would saturate the carpet where the pet had an accident, until it was wet to the touch. Just let the Carpet air dry, the odor sometimes becomes stronger and then the odor starts to go away as the carpet dries it sometimes takes 2 weeks.

Thank you for your inquiry to Nature's Miracle. We would recommend the Dual Action Hard Floor Stain & Odor Remover. If you can sand the sealer off the floor and then apply our product, that would be best. For inside the fireplace, you can use either this or the Nature's Miracle Just For Cats Formula. The product is most effective if allowed to air dry. You can try covering the affected areas with some towels soaked in the Nature's Miracle and then just allow to air dry.

Question
Nature's Miracle on Concrete
I have a cat who has been relieving himself on the concrete by our furnace. It's in the same room as the cat boxes. My question is does Nature's Miracle work on concrete and if so could you tell me how much to use and how long to leave it on before you dry it up? We've put it on the stain twice and the odor is still pretty bad. We can't tell if he's going there more or not because of the odor.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our proudct, Nature's Miracle.

Our product does work on concrete, however you have to keep the animal away from the area to give the enzymes a chance to work.

With concrete we suggest to saturate the area and then saturate a towel and lay it on top, when the towel is dry the odor should be gone.

You should also be using Nature's Miracle Just for Cats

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our proudcts.

We do not suggest this product be used for commercial use. It was intended for pet owners that know where their pets have soiled.

One gallon only covers 9sq. feet.

Question
Dog urine on furniture
My old dog urinated on my ottoman. How long do I wait for the odor to go away before I reapply? I have saturated it and since it is not dense like carpet it dries quickly. I have used your product for years but it has always been on carpet and it takes 2 or 3 treatments.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our product.

You would re-apply the product when the ottoman is 100% dry. Depending on the amount of urine it could take several treatments

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle.
We recommend using our Urine Destroyer product. You will need to purchase a large amount in order to treat the entire area. Petsmart sells Urine Destroyer in a 1.5 gallon bottle. Only the Urine Destroyer dog formula is available in this size, however, we assure you, it will be just as effective as the cat formula for this purpose. Make sure to have some extra batteries on hand, as you will be doing a lot of spraying. You must completely saturate the affected area (don't forget the walls). Keep in mind that you may have to treat the crawl space more than once. After treatment, we suggest using Nature's Miracle Just for Cats Pet Block Repellent Spray around the perimeter to help prevent the cats from revisiting this space.
Good Luck to you!
