Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. There are not any toxic/poisonous ingredients in our No Tracking Pads. I would not worry in that sense, however consumption of these pads could potentially lead to an intestinal blockage if consumed in large quantities. It is important to monitor whether your dog is eliminating regularly as this product is not "Edible." I hope this information was helpful.

Question
Pet Block on Baby Toys
My 10-year-old dog occasionally choose up my toddler son's wooden toys and puzzle pieces. My husband suggested spraying the pieces with your Pet Block spray. Would that be safe for my son? He occasionally puts the toys in his mouth (as one year-olds will).

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. Be advised that none of the ingredients in the product are known to be toxic to children or pets. Unfortunately, we do not recommend spraying our Pet Block formula on your child's toys. There is the potential for it to upset your son's stomach if ingested.
I hope this information is helpful.

Question
Is it safe if my cat eats some of your Nature's Miracle Natural Care Clumping/Odor Control Litter?
My cat recently had to go to the ER Vet Hospital, where he almost died because he ate some clumping kitty litter. His intestines have now thickened and he has IBD. He was/is one sick cat but he is getting better. I want to make sure that your product will not clump in his stomach creating a blockage, and that there are no toxic or health hazards for my cat should he eat some of your litter. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. Unfortunately, we do not have any "edible" cat litters in our product line. None of the ingredients in our Natural Care litter are known to be toxic or poisonous to cats. If the litter was ingested by your cat in a large enough quantity, I'm sure it would cause some digestive upset.
I hope this information is helpful.

Question
Cat peeing on the carpet
My cat has been peeing in front of our laundry room door for on/off for about two years. I've tried everything from Natures Miracle urine remover, no spray, and I always put it in my steam cleaner. She still pees there, and I don't know what else to do. Today I used the no spray on the carpet via steam cleaner, natures miracle pet block, and the whisker city no mark. Would any of these chemicals hurt me or my cat?

Our products are not toxic however, we always recommend restricting the animal from a treated area, especially when its very wet as the smell intensifies as the area is drying so that may attract a pet. Also, it is a cleaning agent and if she licks her paws after walking through, it could upset her stomach. Secondly, the only formula we offer intended for use in a steam cleaner is the specific Nature's Miracle Deep cleaning Carpet Shampoo. I'm not sure what texture the area is that you are treating, whether it's carpet, tile, etc. we would recommend using the Nature's Miracle Advanced Just For Cats Stain & Odor Remover which is our strongest formula meant for more difficult or set in stains and odors. After doing a color test if it is carpet, saturate that area to the point that when you press on the carpet there is liquid coming back. then just totally leave it alone and allow it to dry on it's own time. The surface of the carpet will dry faster but beneath that may take 10-14 days to fully dry. We would also suggest while it's drying, cover this area with either plastic sheeting or sheets of tin foil with holes poked in for ventilation. Once the area is dry and if no further stains/odors are present, then we would recommend you use our Nature's Miracle No More Spraying which is a deterrent spray. Good luck!

Be advised that we do not guarantee results when using these product in a steam cleaning machine. They are not formulated to be effective when diluted or run through carpet cleaners. I cannot speak for the other product you have used but there are no toxic or poisonous ingredients in our Nature's Miracle products. They will not harm you or your cat. Question
Is the No More Spraying product safe to use around kids?
My cat has been doing an awful lot of spraying due to our move, and he's started spraying on my children's toys. Is this product safe to spray on their things? If so how long should they wait to play with certain toys after I put the product on?

Our No More Spraying product is not toxic however, we would not recommend that you apply it to their toys if they will then put these in their mouths. If not, they can have access to the toys once the product is fully dried on contact.

Yes, this product would be safe to use around your birds provided the cage is in a well ventilated area as birds do have delicate respiratory systems.

Firstly, we only recommend that our specific Nature's Miracle deep cleaning carpet shampoo be used in a machine. all of our products are non-toxic and not caustic however, they do contain fragrances and for those that have sensitivities or respiratory issues, this may aggravate them.

Question
Sanitization or just odor/stain?
Hi,

In cleaning up a fecal mess due to our cat having some issues , the NM product doesn't state that this product actually sanitizes/disinfects the affected area. Is this product only for odor/stain and that some sort of actual cleaner (i.e., bleach) should always be used after NM from a microbial safety standpoint? If this is the case, this fact should be made more clearly on the product label, as it gives a vague impression that this is a cleaning product....

Thanks,

Tom

Dear Tom:

Thanks for your inquiry regarding our product. Our products do contain alcohol and that is the disinfecting agent. There would be no reason to use another cleaning agent following the use of NM. We hope this is helpful.
