Hello, and thank you for your question.
We do recommend treating your floors with Nature's Miracle Hard Floor Pet Stain & Odor Remover. Use the product as directed (don't forget baseboards!), and then consider purchasing our Pet Block Cat Repellent Spray to discourage repeat offenses.
Good Luck!

Question
What can I use on my cat to get the urine color and odor off my cat?
My cat is 19 and loses bladder control when she sleeps. The under pad catches the urine, but she often wakes soggy for having slept in it. What can I use on her a couple times a day?

Thank you for contacting Natures Miracle. If you are just referring to using the product in the same room as a bird then this product is perfectly safe. Be advised that it is best the bird does not come into physical contact with any treated areas until the product is completely dry. I do not recommend using this product to clean the bird's cage. I hope this information was helpful.

Thank you for your question!
Freezing does not in any way compromise the efficacy of Nature's Miracle products (the active ingredients lie dormant until they come in contact with organic material). When completely thawed, the product will perform perfectly.
We hope this helps!

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle.
We do not recommend disposing of our products in a compost pile, or in your flower garden. The formula is non-toxic; however, we do not know how it will affect your soil and plants. It is best to dispose of it by flushing it down the toilet (provided you do not have a septic system).
We hope this helps!

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle!
The answer to your question depends on the type of countertop that you have. Nature's Miracle products are safe for use on sealed stone, tile, grout, and Formica and laminate surfaces. However, we do not recommend treating un-sealed surfaces (such as un-sealed stone) with our products.
We hope this helps!

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle!
Though this product is non-toxic and contains ingredients such as lemongrass and cinnamon oil, we do not recommend spraying it on plants, or adding it to soil. We recommend trying Nature's Miracle Just for Cats Pet Block. Spray it on the plant pots, or around the perimeter of the plants---but do not spray it directly on the plants as it was not designed for this type of use.
We hope this helps!

No, this would surely not be recommended and most likely will cause your pet to experience intestinal upset. We would strongly recommend you block the entrance to the room where the litterbox is so that the dogs can't access it or even put it up onto something.
