We have fostered dogs over the years and now have a little chi that has made many messes in my daughters room. The smell is awful. We have steam cleaned, used natural methods such as vinegar and water, and nothing works. I've read many good things about Urine Destroyer, however I've seen some negative as well. My question is, even after we've tried all these things, is it worth our money to try Urine Destroyer? Or, is it pretty set in at this point? We tried the Nature's Miracle for our Steam Cleaner and it helped, but it certainly didn't elminate the odor. We are very frustrated at this point and don't have the money to replace the carpeting.

Thank you for contacting Natures Miracle. At this point, I would first try using some water to remove any possible residual product left over from your other treatments. Then once dried you would just pour our product directly on the effected area and leave it to completely air dry for at least a week. While it is drying it will still smell and can smell worse before it gets better, this is normal but by the end of the drying time you should no longer smell it. Also, one gallon of Nature's Miracle treats a 3' x 3' area so make sure you use the appropriate amount or it will not work.
