Questions & Answers for Hairball Remover

Question
How much do you stand behind your product?
I am considering trying the Nature's Miracle Hairball Remover Just for Cats. I am concerned it will not work. I have tried everything out there and cat vomit stains are impossible to remove completely and deodorize. If I try your product and it does not work for me would you refund my purchase price? I know this is a blunt question but you can understand when you've spent countless dollars on other products that don't work, you want to be sure this product will work or you can optain a refund. Thank you for your candid assistance!

Question
Used NM Hairball Remover on upholstery and now I have a larger stain. The solution created a ring stain as it dried. I am very upset!
I followed the directions as on the label. It did not affect the color of the fabric. I now have much larger stains caused by the hairball remover. How do I get those stains out?

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. The stain you are describing is caused from a chemical reaction from the acid content in the vomit of your cat. It is called Tannin. Basically the way to eliminate this is to take a mild dishwashing soap such as Dawn or Palmolive and put it on a wet cloth and go over the stain in a circuliar motion. Let the soap sit on there for a bit and then use a clean wet cloth to remove the soap and allow it to fully air dry. The stain will lighten. Depending on how dark the stain is you may need to do this a few times until it is fully removed.
