The litter is flushable however it is in very small amounts when scooping. We would never suggest that you flush all the litter

Your cat litter is supposed to be flushable and the bags pictured on this website list Flushable under the features. Your bag in the store does not say the product is flushable. Is the product flushable?

Nature's Miracle Cat Litter has not changed and it is still flushable. The packaging however has changed to comply with a law passed by the State of California several years ago which required that litters remove claims that the products were flushable from packing.

This product is made from corn cobs, which are dust free. It's a great product and has been well received by the public. Of course we cannot guarantee that it won't cause any problems for your asthmatic cat, and you will want to check with your vet first, but it may well be your best bet for his special needs.

I have many allergies, so my questions are about whats in the cat litter:

(1) are there any wheat, barley or rye products in it? (celiac's here and even airborne glutein can be a problem for me)
(2) How strong is the pine scent? (severe asthma)
(3) is there any way to get a small sample to be able to make sure I am not allergic to the scent?

To answer your questions -

There is no wheat, barley or rye in this product; the primary ingredient is corn cob.

The product is about 1/2 percent pine, so the
scent should not be a problem.
