I purchased the soft travel / home use collapsable medium sized crate about 3.5 months ago. It has been very gently used and looks new. Up until now it seemed great, very helpful with travel. This week it has been rendered useless..the stitching that holds the zipper to the door has completely unraveled. It is No longer functional. I'm so disappointed..I was recommended this brand by a friend and thought I was purchasing something of quality. I tried to take it back to with the receipt but it's 10 days past the 90 return policy. I'd like to have a refund or to have this replaced. Unfortunately this is the only place I found to vent my frustration, there is no contact information on this site. I appreciate your time and any help that can be provided.
