You would wipe up the mess with a paper towel. Then you would spray the product on tile and wipe away you can repeat if neccessary.

You should always color test our products

what product would be used for a dog urine stain on a ceramic floor (has a hard wood appearance)? Would same product work with dog vomit?

Question
Hardwood Floors
I currently use Dual Action Hard Floor cleaner...I use this product throughout our house and it works very well to remove heavy residue as well as pet stains from our hardwood floors.
We truly only use it for hardwood floors.
Do you sell this product in a larger container?
Or is there another product that works as well ( is the same...simply called something else perhaps)this that is sold in the larger gallon size.
Please let me know.
Thank you.
Have a great day.

Hello -

We definitely recommend using the Hard Floor Cleaner on hardwood. It is specially formulated for hard floors and will work better there than any of our other products. Unfortunately, it's only sold in the 24 oz. container at the moment, but we will pass along your interest in a larger bottle to our marketing team.

Thank you for your loyalty!

Hi Ally - yes, you may use Nature's Miracle on concrete. You'll need to use a significant amount to saturate the area, and then also saturate a bath towel and lay it over the treated area. When the towel is completely dry the problem should be resolved.

If the patio isn't covered, you might want to place a covering over the area while it's drying - Nature's Miracle can wash away if it rains.

Good luck, and please let us know further questions. Thank you.

Question
NM Dual Action Hard Floor Prodcut
I am involved with dog rescue (PLUTO Rescue of Richmond County, Staten Island, NY) and foster dogs until they can find their forever homes. I currently am fostering 4 dogs plus I have 5 of my own. Obviously there are many accidents in the house & I have wood & ceramic tile floors through out. I use the regular NM because it comes in 1 & 1 1/2 gallon bottles. PLEASE, PLEASE is there any way to purchase the Hard Floor product in larger sizes than the 24oz.? I can't afford to buy the smaller bottles as opposed to the gallons.
Thank you for any guidance you can afford me.

Hi lolasmom -

I'm sorry, but those are the only sizes we offer at the moment. I will share your suggestion with our marketing team for consideration.

I can also recommend signing up for our email newsletter at www.ilovenaturesmiracle.com and "liking" our Facebook page. While we don't issue traditional coupons, we do often email coupons and special deals to subscribers, and those might help.

Thank you!

Question
Use of Hard Floor Cleaner on Laminate Flooring
Can the Hard Wood cleaner be used on wood laminate flooring? If so, can it be mopped on? We have inherited two cats from my mother-in-law who are very dear, but have definitely upset the other kitties in our household. The result has been a mess of accidents on our laminate flooring and baseboards. We're trying to find a solution before we have to being replacing sections of the floor. Please help!

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. Yes you can use the Nature's Miracle Hard Floor on your laminate flooring. The best way is to just spray it on heavily or pour it on, leave it sit for about 20 minutes or so, then you can dry mop the excess and leave it wet to completely air dry.

Question
refill size for Nature's Miracle Hard Floor Cleaner
PETCO employee couldn't find gallon refill size for your Hard Floor Cleaner - a size that I'd very much need as we have many pets who continually soil our laminate/vinyl floors. If Nature's Miracle does not make a refill size of this wonderful product, is there a comparable NM product equally safe and effective for laminate/hard flooring? It is not economical for me to keep purchasing the 24 oz trigger spray bottle as I go through it fairly quickly. Thank you for any guidance you may offer!

Thank you for contacting Natures Miracle. The company is currently in the process of making the Hard Floor cleaner in gallon size. In the meantime you can actually use our original formula the Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Remover as a refill as well it is safe enough to use on your type of flooring.

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. Just so you are aware, if you use the product on untreated surfaces, there is a potential for staining. If you are going to put new carpet on top and do not mind if it stains than you can use the Dual Action Hard Floor product or any of our other Nature's Miracle products as well. Generally speaking, 1 gallon of the product (when using on carpeting) treats a 3' x 3' area. With flooring we say to double that. Spraying it on will not be as effective here because particle board is extremely porous and the liquid will spread so I would recommend pouring it directly on.
