We would suggest you use Nature's Miracle Dual Action Hard Floors.

You spray it on and wipe, however we do not suggest you use it on visibly worn, unsealed or unfinished floors and you should color test the product first

I bought the 3in1 odor destroyer because I heard good things about "Nature's Miracle". I wanted something to save my brand new carpet from my brand new puppy. If my puppy goes to the bathroom (urine) on the carpet, I've been soaking up with a paper towel and spraying the 3in1 odor destroyer on it. Just reading the bottel, I'm now wondering if this product is just used to get rid of the odor, and if I should be using an additional product to clean first before spraying this on to get rid of the odor.

It's formulated to clean carpets and fabrics. We suggest that you do a small test spot on the carpet first. Good luck with your new puppy.

Thank you for contacting Natures Miracle. The 3 in 1 product is merely an air freshener and is not going to remove the odor in the mattress. I would try the Advanced Nature's Miracle. You would pour it into the mattress remembering that liquids spread so apply enough to cover and allow it to completely air dry from there.

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. Sometimes in dogs their internal rear glands become full. When you smell the foul odor it means they have released what was in their sacs. However, if you are smelling the odor continually it means he is not expressing them all the way. You would need to take him to a vet, and have the vet express them for him as they can become impacted. This is painless to do and not expensive at all. In the meantime, I would try using our Natures Miracle wipes to clean around her rear area, not any of the sprays.

Hi Sissy -

I don't have a lot of information to work with, so it's hard to advise you on exactly what to do. Is the odor from urine or something else? If it's set-in urine stain and odor, I recommend Urine Destroyer or our Stain & Odor Advanced Formula.

You also want to make sure you use enough Nature's Miracle to completely saturate your carpet, padding and subfloor, and allow enough time for each layer to completely dry; that could take up to two weeks. You may need to re-treat several times for really nasty messes. Be sure to wait the full two weeks between treatments.

Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. You cannot put the carpet in the sun directly, it will bake the stains and odors in. You can put it outside to air dry but it needs to be in a shaded area.

3 in 1 Odor Destroyer on litter pellets?

I've always used Nature's Miracle to clean litter boxes between changes. Recently I switched to a zeolite system (coated zeolite pellets you use for 1 month, urine drops down to a pad, feces sits/dries out). I use the 3 in 1 Odor Destroyer when I change pads/pellets. The pellets last a while, but can still have a slight odor. I'd like to know if the 3 in 1 is safe for cats if it's not "washed/wiped off". I'd like to lightly spray the pellets once a week to help w/ odor on them. Before I try my experiment to see if it affects the pellets, I want to know if once it's dry, it's safe for cats to have their paws on. Since we can spray it in the air? THANKS :)
